The Waldport Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization with a volunteer board of directors who oversee and administrate the services to its members. Jamie Michel brings real-world business experience and steady leadership to the Waldport Chamber of Commerce. Having owned and operated a small business in Waldport, she understands the day-to-day realities local entrepreneurs face; seasonal swings, tight margins, staffing challenges, and the courage it takes to keep showing up. Her professional background in real estate, lending, property management, and financial coaching gives her a broad perspective on economic sustainability and long-term growth. Jamie is passionate about helping the Chamber create meaningful support for business owners while strengthening Waldport’s economic vitality. When Jamie is not serving the Chamber or working with clients, you can find her out kayaking the gorgeous waterways of the Oregon coast she proudly calls home. “I serve because small businesses are the backbone of our community. When we invest in each other’s success, we build something that lasts.”
