| The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® (LCBR) is a trade association representing approximately 360 REALTOR® members. Our membership is composed of Real Estate Brokers, Property Managers, Appraisers, and other affiliated professionals engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our members are committed to protecting and promoting private home ownership rights, and maintaining high professional standards of practice for our industry. The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® administers the Oregon Coast Multiple Listing Service (OCMLS) serving right around 700 REALTOR® members, and also administers the Professional Standards Regional Enforcement processes for REALTOR® members in Lincoln, Tillamook, and Clatsop counties.
