Central Lincoln’s service area is about 700 square miles, encompassing 112 miles of Oregon’s central coastline and serving portions of Coos, Douglas, Lane and Lincoln counties. Created by voters in 1940, Central Lincoln is Oregon’s fourth largest electric utility and serves around 55,000 customers.
Our electric rates are among the lowest in the nation and 95 percent of the power we sell our customers is carbon free, mostly due to renewable hydropower. Central Lincoln’s mission is to ensure our communities have access to reliable and affordable energy products and services.
